Two focused rounds. No take-home assignments, no surprise tests. Honest conversations about experience and fit.

Round 01

Online Screening

A relaxed first conversation to get to know each other and discuss your relevant experience and skills based on your CV. 1 hour, online. We want to understand who you are — not trip you up.

Round 02

In-Depth Interview

Two back-to-back sessions on your technical competency and culture fit. 2 hours, at office or online. Meet team members and see if we align on values. You're interviewing us too.
